Weekend Festival: Day 2

Moikka!

Tulee ihan haikee mieli näitä kuvia kattellessa ja kaikki tapahtumat on vieläkin ihan selkeitä mielessä. Varmaan aika moni sanoo, että haluu takas Weekendeille, mutta mää en haluu. Haluun, että tää vuosi kuluis mahdollisimman nopeesti ja ois taas aika uusille festareille. Tässä välissä vois tietenkin olla muutama EDM-tapahtuma, mutta niitä nyt ei kauheesti Suomessa oo... Ehkä mun tie vie naapurimaihin, kuka tietää...

Päivä kakkonen starttas ihanasti hotelliaamiaisella ja Radissonin aamiaisbuffetti on kyl aina yhtä hyvä, nam! Lähettiin ostaan myös vähän iltapalaa jo valmiiks. Huomas, että oltiin rannikolla, koska sää oli ihan kauhee ja me tyttöset meinattii lähtee myrskyn mukana lentoon. Pizzan kautta lähdettiin taas Kyläsaarta kohti ja ajotus meni vähän pieleen eikä nähty Cazzettee, jota olin oottanu tosi paljon, kauheen pitkään... Kuvien vuoro ja mun selostukset välissä!

I just feel so sad while I'm looking at these pictures and the event is still so clear in my mind. I bet, many people say they want to go back to Weekend Festival, but I don't want to. I just want this year to go as fast as possible, so it's time for another festivals. There could of course be a few EDM-events during this year, but there's not many of those in Finland... Maybe you'll find me from our neighbour countries, who knows...

Day two started with a lovely hotel breakfast and Radisson's breakfastbuffet is always so good, yum! We also went to buy som evening snacks. It came very clear, that we are in the coast, because the weather was horrible and we almost flew up in the sky with the storm. After pizza we headed again to Kyläsaari, but our timing sucked. We barely saw Cazzette, which I was expecting very much... Well, it's time for pics and my stories in between!

Otettiin kaikki irti hotellihuoneesta ja tilattiin jalka- ja selkähierontalaitteet ennen ku lähettiin taas partyileen! Ah, vähän autto noihi perjantaista kipeytyneisiin jalkoihin.

We took all benefits from our hotel room and ordered massage machines before we headed back to party! Ah, it helped my sore feet, which were because of friday.

En kuuntele Guettaa, oikeestaan ikinä. Viime Weekendeillä sen setti oli kyl aivan mahtava, pakko sanoo. Vaikka en kyllä mikää Guettan fani olekaan. Tällä kertaa se veti vielä paremmaks! En vaan tajua, miten voi vieläkin parantaa niin hyvästä viime vuoden setistä. Hattua nostan kyllä miehelle, mutta en mä sitä silti ala kuunteleen, haha.

I really don't listen to Guetta, actually I never do. Last year at Weekend Festival he played such an amazing set, I got to admit. Even though I'm definitely not his fan. This time, he played even better than last year! I just don't get it, how can he play such a fantastic set and make it even better than last year. I bow to him, but I'm still not going to start listen to his music, haha.

No, jos Guetta oli mahtava, Sebastian Ingrossolle ei löydy ees sanoja. Tääkin oli viime vuonna aivan superhyvä, mut tänä vuonna vielä parempi! Mun mielestä teltta oli ihan hyvä tähän, koska ei se valoshow ja muut tehosteet ois päässy oikeuksiinsa normaalilla lavalla. Ainoo huono täs oli, että oisin halunnu päästä vähän edemmäks ku ei tuol takana ollu ihan niin hyvä tunnelma. Aikasemmin ois pitäny tietenkin lähtee, mutta Ingrosso ei jätä ikinä kylmäks!

Well, if Guetta was amazing, then there's no words for Sebastian Ingrosso. He was super good last year, and now so much better! The tent was just fine for this because the laser show and all the other effects wouldn't have been so good in a normal stage. The only bad thing was, that I wanted to be a bit closer 'cause the athmosphere wasn't that good in the back. Should've left earlier to the tent, but Ingrosso doesn't ever leave anyone cold!

Yritin ettiä asukuvaa, mutta ainoo minkä löysin oli tää. Oltiin kyllä superväsyneitä tossa vaiheessa, ku käveltiin metrolta hotellille. Toi LED-tikku jää kyllä mulle muistoks tästä reissusta!

I tried to find an outfit picture, but the only one I found, was this. We were super tired at this point, when we were walking from the subway to our hotel. That LED-stick is my memory from this trip!

 Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike: Chattahoochee

Pistetään ny vielä parin viikon päästä alkavan TomorrowWorldin kunniaks biisiä kehiin! Ja jos ette oo vielä kattonu Tomorrowlandin tän vuoden aftermoviee, ni klikkailkaa tästä ja hämmästelkää Dimitri Vegasin & Like Miken mahtavaa työtä, taas kerran.
Tähä loppuun vielä noi sunnuntain kuvat, ku tultiin takasin Tampereelle. Voin sanoo, että se syvä haikeus ei välity noista kuvista... Ei mikään kauheen hilpee junamatka, jos näin voisin sanoo.

 Here's pics from sunday, when we headed back to Tampere. I can tell you, you can't see the sadness from those pics... It wasn't a cheerful train trip, if I could say so.

Oi voi, tällasten reissujen jälkeen sitä vaan tajuaa, että ei tällasia festareita vaan voi jättää väliin. Ei sitä ees osaa kuvailla tota fiilistä, se vaan pitää kokee!
Mun lempparit oli kyl ehdottomasti Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Zedd ja Sebastian Ingrosso. Ingrossokin nähty nyt kaks kertaa, mut ei silti vieläkään kyllästytä! Dimitri Vegasia & Like Mikee oon varmaan ylistäny jo niin paljon, että enempää ei pysty. Zedd on kans pakko kokee uudestaan, aivan superduper mahtava.

Oh man, after these kinds of trips you just realize, that you can't pass these kinds of festivals. You just can't describe that feeling, you have to feel it!
My favourites were definitely Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Zedd and Sebastian Ingrosso. I've seen Ingrosso two times now, but I'm still not bored! I've probably praised Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike so much, that I can't praise them more. Zedd is definitely the one, who I must see again, so superduper awesome.

Weekend Festival: Day 1

Hallo!

Myöhässä kuten aina... Vihdoinkin puristin aikaa mun aikataulusta tälle postaukselle! Mietin jo ensiks, että en kirjottais ollenkaan tästä reissusta. Omatunto alko kuitenki kolkuttaa and here I am!

Olin intoillu Weekendeistä siitä asti ku se viime vuonna loppu... Koko kesänkin vaan fiilistelin Dimitri Vegasia & Like Mikee, Sub Focusta ja Porter Robinsonia. Eikä saa unohtaa tietenkää Zeddiä! Vihdoin pääsin kokee viime vuoden huuman uudestaan ja vielä isompana! Enkä ihan turhaan odottanu tätä EDM-hulluutta, mihinkään en ois vaihtanu tätä (paitsi ehkä Summer Soundeihin...). Turhat alkuhöpinät pois, ja antaa kuvien kertoo!

Late as always... Finally I found some time for this post from my schedule! At first I thought, I wouldn't even write about this trip. My conscience thought otherwise, so here I am!

I had been so excited about the Weekend Festival since they ended last year... I just listened Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Sub Focus and Porter Robinson the whole summer. And we mustn't forget about Zedd! Finally I got to feel that fantastic feeling again and even bigger! I didn't wait for this EDM-madness for nothing, I wouldn't have changed this experience for anything (except maybe for Summer Sound Festival...). Nah, cut the crap and let the pictures tell you!

Junassa oli kyl tosi jees fiilis, ku suurinosa oli menossa just Wkndeille. En malttanu olla paikallani ollenkaa. Jos oltais oltu jossain muussa maassa ku Suomessa, oisin vaan alkanu tanssii ja soittaa musiikkia! En ois ehkä saanu iha samanlaista vastaanottoo ku Belgiassa... :D

There was a very good athmosphere in the train, 'cause most of the people were heading to Weekend Festival. I just couldn't stay still at all. If we were in some other country than Finland, I would've just start to dance and play music! I wouldn't have got the same looks from people as in Belgium... :D
 

Ensimmäisenä oli Porter Robinson, joka oli paljon parempi ku olin ajatellu. Harmi vaan, että me ei nähty sitä hirveen kauaa... Ongelmat hotellin kanssa ei auttanu kauheesti asiaa. Toivottavasti miestä näkyy jatkossaki Suomessa!

First up was Porter Robinson, which was way better that I've imagined. Shame we didn't see him that much... Problems with our hotel didn't actually helped. I hope, we'll get him to Finland in future, too!

  Ah, Sub Focus! Pakko sanoo, että veti kyllä tosi hyvän setin teltassa.

I have to say, he played a damn good set in the tent.

Zedd oli ehdottomasti yks mun kolmesta lempparista, aivan älyttömän hyvä setti! Oltaispa oltu vähä vielä lähempänä, mutta toi oli kyl ehdottomasti yks parhaista. Tossa videolla on vielä mun mielestä paras Zeddin remix!

Zedd was definitely one of my three favourites, incredible set! I wish we had been a bit closer, but that was absolutely one of the best. And in that video is the best Zedd's remix, in my opinion!

 Hitusen Zeddiä parempi oli kyl Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike. Tätä settiä olin odottanu kaikista eniten ja oli kyllä sen arvonen. Jos pitäis parhaimmat DJ:t sanoo, ni tässä olis kyllä ehdottomasti kärjessä olevat miehet. En vaan pysty ylistää näitä liikaa. Niin kun herratkin sano, see you in Tomorrowland next year!

A bit more better than Zedd were definitely Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike. This set I had been waiting the most and it was absolutely worth it. If I named the best DJs, then here would be those two. I just can't praise these two too much. And like the gentlemen said, see you in Tomorrowland next year!

Zedd, Ryan Tedder: Lost At Sea

Päivä ykkönen kiteytettynä lyhyesti (pitkästi) oli siis siinä. Mun mielestä viime vuonna tunnelma ja henki oli aika paljo parempi ku tänä vuonna. Porukka oli selkeesti vaihtunu ja sen voi sit jokainen ite päätellä, oliko se hyvä vai huono asia. 
Kyläsaari oli ehdottomasti parempi paikka kun Luukki, mutta jalat oli aika finaalissa niiden isojen kivien jälkeen. En valita muusta, mun mielestä järjestäjät oli ottanu opikseen viime vuodesta.
Päivä kakkosta tulee heti ku vaan ehin taas istahtaa!

Day one was shortly (long) about that. I think the athmosphere and spirit was much better last year than this year. People had clearly switched and you can decide in your own head if it was a good or bad thing.
Kyläsaari was definitely much better place than Luukki last year, but my legs were very sore after those big rocks. I'm not complaining about anything else. In my opinion, the organizers had learned their lesson from last year.
I'll post about day two as soon as I have the time to sit!
